2. What data we collect
When you sign up for the 30-Day Meditation Challenge, we collect your email address. When you visit this website, limited technical data (such as your IP address and browser information) may also be processed as described in sections 6 and 7.

3. Why we collect it
Your email address is used solely to send you the daily meditation emails and occasional updates. The legal basis for this is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by signing up and confirming your email address. We will never share or sell your data to third parties for their own purposes.

4. Data processor
Emails are sent via Kit (ConvertKit, Inc.), which stores your email address on its servers, including in the United States. You can view their privacy policy at kit.com/privacy.

5. How long we keep your data
We keep your email address for as long as you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your data is removed from active mailing lists. You can request full deletion at any time (see section 8).

6. Cookies & Analytics
This website uses technically necessary cookies required for basic functionality. Basic analytics provided by Hostinger are used to measure visitor numbers; this may include processing of IP addresses. Aside from the processing described here and in section 7, we do not share your data with third parties.

7. Spam protection (reCAPTCHA)
Our sign-up form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam and automated sign-ups. To do this, Google may collect and process certain data (such as your IP address and browser information) to verify that you are human. This data is processed by Google, including in the United States, in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can unsubscribe from all emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email. For any other requests, contact julian@roniger.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
